Friday, November, 6TH   

7:30-8:15am - Join Uluru & I for a morning run

8:30-9:30am - Yoga Practice

9:30-10:30am - Breakfast together

12:00-3:30pm - Join Uluru & I for a guided hike up Rattlesnake Mountain *2 miles with stunning views or an option to hike Mount Morgan 3.5 miles an intermediate to tough climb with equally rewarding views at the summit

*Please plan to bring a lunch in your backpack, a water bottle, clothing suitable for hiking in fall weather** please inquire for further details if needed

3:30-5:15pm - Free Time**

Saturday, November, 7TH   

8:00-8:45am - Join Uluru & I for a morning run

9:00-10:15am Yoga Practice - Breakfast as a group

10:15-11:00am Breakfast

11:30am-5:15pm - Free Time**

5:30-6:30pm - Yoga Practice

7:00-8:00pm - Dinner as a group

8:00-9:00pm Join me for a raw talk on compassion and ways of "being" for creating greater happiness

10:00-11:15pm - Yoga Practice

11:30-1:00pm - Brunch 

1:00-3:30pm - Free time**

3:30-4pm - saying we'll see you when our mats cross again!


**Free time is your time to create the experience that excites you most!  You may find yourself simply wanting to unwind with 'that' book you've been wanting to read for months, journaling, exploring downtown Meredith's shops, restaurants & attractions, going for a walk in nature, riding your bike* (bikes are not available for rental so you would need to bring one with you), making time for meditation, taking a nap or engaging in the activities that bring you a calm sense of joy.
