Yoga & Hiking Retreat - Taking Your Om Away from Home

What “is” a yoga retreat or what is this retreat going to entail exactly?

A yoga retreat is taking your yoga on vacation with you - an “OM” away from home!  This particular retreat will take you to New Hampshire’s stunning lakes region for 4 days & 3 nights.   There will be a morning and evening practice, a lot of down time & free time that can be spent reading, writing, relaxing, walking, running, bicycling (*if you choose to bring a bike), meditating, exploring the locale area from it’s quaint country stores, shops & more!  For a detailed overview, please check out the itinerary here.

Who is this retreat right for & how advanced does my yoga practice need to be?

This retreat is intended for adults 18 years of age & older who want a destination getaway!   The yoga classes will be all-levels - no prior yoga experience is necessary.  You can expect to come as your are and leaving feeling even better!
